We produce conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, AGMs and corporate events in Dublin and across Ireland, at venues including The Alex Hotel, The Gibson Hotel, The Westbury, City North Hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel in Carlingford and Ballymascanlon Hotel in Dundalk. We own our sound, lighting, LED video wall and staging stock, and every large build is led on site by full-time AXL staff.

Speech intelligibility is what every conference and awards night is judged on, and hotel ballrooms are where it most often goes wrong. We design the system to the room, from a boardroom AGM to a 600-delegate conference, using L-Acoustics, Midas, Sennheiser and Shure, and an engineer stays with it all day.
LED video walls

2.9mm LED walls from 2m to 25m wide, bright enough for a ballroom with the chandeliers on. We built an 8m by 3m wall for PAM 2025 at The Gibson Hotel and a 7m wall for PortmanDentex at The Alex, and an operator runs the content on every booking.
Lighting and design

Lighting is what separates a room with a stage in it from an event. We light for the room, the running order and the camera, from clean conference key light to full colour and moving lights for awards nights, and we bring our own control rather than working off the house desk.
Rigging, truss and power

Ground-support truss that needs nothing from the building, plus three-phase distribution we bring and install. It's how large screens go into Georgian ballrooms and period rooms where nothing can be fixed to the ceiling.

Coverage by a photographer who already knows the room, the running order and where the light falls, because we lit it.
What comes as standard

We don't drop equipment at a loading bay and leave you to work it out. Every booking includes technical crew for the build, the show and the de-rig, and the person operating your event is one of the people who built it.

Sound, lighting, LED, staging and rigging are all ours. That means we know the condition of it, we can commit to it months out, and we are not passing a sub-hire markup on to you.

We've delivered at The Alex, The Gibson, The Westbury and City North Hotel, and outside the city at the Four Seasons in Carlingford, Ballymascanlon in Dundalk and the Great Northern in Bundoran. Where we know the room, we already know the load-in, the ceiling height and the power. Where we don't, we survey it before we quote.

We deliver across Dublin, Leinster and the rest of the island, north and south. Travel is built into the quote up front, never added afterwards.

Dublin hotels often release the room late. For Movement Conference 2025 at City North Hotel we built two LED walls, staging, lighting and sound for 600 attendees between 2am and 9am, and doors opened on time.
